Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business.

RailPOS provides a platform to:

• • Manage and aggregate catering orders.
• • Monitor inventory and compliance.
• • Generate reports and analytics.
• • Optionally, fetch order confirmation emails from Gmail (if authorized by the user).

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• • RailPOS is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts.

• • By connecting your Gmail account, you grant RailPOS read-only access to certain emails (e.g., order confirmations).
• • RailPOS does not send, delete, or modify emails in your Gmail account.
• • Gmail data is processed only for the stated purpose of updating your RailPOS dashboard.
• • You may revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google Account.

You agree not to:

• • Misuse RailPOS for unlawful activities.
• • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems.
• • Use the service to violate IRCTC, Swiggy, Zomato, or other partner policies.

• • Paid plans are billed annually unless stated otherwise.
• • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• • We may suspend service for unpaid invoices.

• • You own your data, including Gmail data.
• • By using RailPOS, you grant us permission to process data only as necessary to provide the service.
• • We do not sell or share Gmail or personal data with third parties.

RailPOS is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• • Losses caused by third-party platforms, APIs, or network outages.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of RailPOS constitutes acceptance.
